Over the past ten-plus years as a photographer, I've learned the most from fellow photographers. Sometimes through workshops, but often through one-on-one mentoring sessions.
Each time, it gave me a real boost: fresh energy, new ideas, and even more motivation to capture weddings. I've had the pleasure of mentoring several photographers myself, and I’m excited to keep doing it.
I truly believe in helping other photographers find the direction they need at the time, and in lifting the overall level of wedding photography.
I offer one-on-one mentoring sessions, whether you’re after a single session or a longer-term (six-month) programme.

One-on-One Mentoring Session of Three Hours - in Utrecht
Are you stuck somewhere in your photography or your business? Or do you just want to brainstorm with a fellow professional who understands your challenges? Then this session is exactly what you need.
In this one-on-one session of three hours, we'll dive together into what's occupying you right now. This could be something practical, like your workflow, client communication, or editing style, but also something bigger, like doubts about your direction, pricing, or work-life balance. Nothing is too crazy. You can ask me anything.
I'm an open book and lovingly share my honest experiences, insights, tips, and tools, tailored to your situation. No superficial advice, but real input that you can move forward with.
This session is suitable for both beginning and experienced photographers. You don't need to "meet any requirements", you just need to be curious and open to growth.

Sometimes you just need someone who thinks along with you. Someone who understands what it's like to run a business as a photographer and helps you gain clarity again. In this online one-on-one session of 1.5 hours, we'll work purposefully on what you need right now.
Whether it's about your editing, marketing, pricing, workflow, mindset, or something else: all questions are welcome.
We'll tackle it concretely, so after this session, you can move forward with fresh energy and a clear plan.

This mentoring program is for photographers who want to invest in themselves. Because you don't just want to grow as a photographer, but also as an entrepreneur. Not a ready-made step-by-step plan, but personal guidance, tailored to where you are now.
What can you expect? Together, we'll look at: where is your greatest growth potential? Should you be working primarily in your business, or on your business?
You decide what you need, I guide you through it. Topics we could tackle:
Documentary wedding photography - more depth in your work
Workflow - peace & overview
Editing - develop your own style
Pricing - learn to ask well and receive
Marketing - become visible in a way that suits you
Mindset - dealing with insecurity and perfectionism

What does it look like? The program consists of 5 separate sessions of 1.5 to 2 hours. The first session is at my office, the rest can take place either at the office in Utrecht or online. All at your own pace: we usually schedule the sessions over a period of 6 to 9 months.
This is your chance to be guided throughout an entire wedding season, so that you not only get better at what you do, but also truly start enjoying it.
